Iman Issa

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Iman shapes brand, business, and reputation with precision and intent. With two decades of experience, she has led integrated corporate and brand communications for multinationals, government entities, and high-growth challengers across the GCC and Levant.

Renowned for cultivating a culture of excellence, Iman builds purpose-driven teams that consistently deliver award-winning programs. A bold communicator, her approach is earned first, data-backed, creative at heart, and designed to drive reputation, stakeholder trust, and measurable business outcomes. Her portfolio includes transformative campaigns, from supercharging brand equity to advancing Vision 2030 transformation narratives for public-sector clients.

A seasoned trainer and advisor to C-suite leaders, Iman delivers high-impact media coaching, presentation training, and executive development programs. Recognised as one of PRWeek’s Top Communicators in 2023, 2024 & 2025 and named MEPRA’s Communicator of the Year in 2024, she serves as a jury member and speaker at MEPRA forums.

At North Seventy-Five, she partners with clients to sharpen narratives, elevate visibility, and deliver communications that drive real-world outcomes from market traction to stakeholder trust.
Lisa brings a rare blend of strategic clarity and creative ambition to every engagement. Her approach is rooted in data, insight, and purpose, designing campaigns that move fast, land with impact, and resonate across cultures. Whether advising government entities, multinationals, or emerging ventures, she helps clients translate ambition into influence through bold storytelling and future-ready strategy.

As Vice-Chair of MEPRA and a two-term Strategy Board Member, Lisa has played a key role in shaping industry standards and championing regional excellence.
